There will be times where you just cannot be without a computer, and while we have your device in for servicing, we offer a loaner laptop for a small service fee (The cost required to reset and setup again once you’ve used it to remove all personal information and applications installed whilst you have it). This is a fixed fee for the entire time your computer is being serviced.
The laptop will have anti-virus, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows and wireless capabilities. You will be granted administrator rights to install any additional applications that are necessary.
